The church in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray has been closed for two months. Jacques Hamel killed there by Abdel Malik Petitjean and Adel Kermiche. They slit the 85-year-old's throat as they forced his congregation to watch. Muslims have been invited to be among the precession and today's events.
