Police Officer Who Sawed Through Car Window With A Knife 'left Motorist Fearing For His Life'

PC Joshua Savage, 28, filmed attacking Leon Fontana's Ford Fiesta with weapons. In the video he was seen using a baton to smash glass before cutting it with knife. Prosecuting, Jonathan Polnay said he came across in clip as a bully in uniform. Savage, of Wanstead, north-east London, is charged with possessing a bladed article, common assault and destroying property.
